MAMBO 6 MUHIMU YA KUJIFUNZA KUHUSU MIAKA 10 YA FACEBOOK


Facebook imetimiza miaka 10 toka ianzishwe. Na katika kusherehekea siku hiyo mwanzilishi wake Mark Zuckerberg aliandika barua (BOFYA HAPA KUSOMA BARUA YOTE) kwa watumiaji wote wa FB akieleza mambo kadhaa. Makala hii inachambua mambo ya baadhi ya mambo yalivyoelezwa na Mark, na nini waweza jifunza kutoka kwake:

1. MARK: I remember getting pizza with my friends one night in college shortly after opening Facebook. I told them I was excited to help connect our school community, but one day someone needed to connect the whole world.
TAFSIRI: Nakumbuka nikiwa napata PIZZA (chakula cha kiitaliano) na marafiki zangu usiku mmoja chuoni mara baada ya kufungua Facebook. Nikawaambia nilikuwa ninasisimka kwa kuunganisha jamii yetu ya chuo chetu, ila ipo siku kuna mtu atahitajika kuiunganisha dunia.
TAFAKARI: Kwanza hapa tunaona jinsi ndoto kubwa inavyosaidia kukuza biashara. Mark pamoja na kufurahia kuwa alipata mafanikio ya kuunganisha jamii ya chuo chake, bado hakubweteka na mafanikio hayo. Alijua kuwa kuna haja ya kuwa na kitu kama FB na alijikita kutimiza ndoto yake, na katika kutimiza huko amejipatia utajiri pia.
Pili tunaona kuwa aliwadokeza marafiki zake kuhusu ndoto yake. Hata hivyo hakuna aliyekuja kwa mtindo ambao FB walikuja nao. Kumbuka kabla ya FB ilikuwepo mitandao mingine ya kijamii, na hata baada ya FB imeanzisha mitandao mingine mingi ya kijamii.  Hapa wabongo wenzangu tujifunze kutafuta UPEKEE wa miradi yetu sio tuu ku copy na ku paste.

2. MARK: I always thought this was important -- giving people the power to share and stay connected, empowering people to build their own communities themselves.
TAFSIRI:  Daima niliamini kuwa hii ni muhimu- kuwapa watu nguvu ya ku “share” na kuwa karibu na wengine, kuwasaidia watu kujenga jamii zao wao wenyewe.
TAFAKARI:  Biashara endelevu na imara mara nyingi hujengwa baada ya kutambua tatizo haswa katika jamii, na kuleta suluhusisho ya tatizo hilo. Yaani biashara endelevu bidhaa zake ni Suluhisho la tatizo au matatizo katika jamii na sio tuu ili mradi kuingiza hela.

3. MARK: That's why I'm even more excited about the next ten years than the last... Now we have the resources to help people across the world solve even bigger and more important problems.
TAFSIRI : Ndio maana nina msisimko zaidi kuhusu miaka kumi ijayo kuliko miaka kumi iliyopita. ..Sasa tuna rasilimali za kuweza kusaidia watu duniani kutatua hata matatizo makubwa zaidi  na yale matatizo muhimu zaidi.
TAFAKARI : Biashara endelevu inajengwa katika msingi wa kufanya ukipendacho ndio maana unaona hapa Mark akisema anao msisimko zaidi. Pili unaona anarudia tena kuwa bidhaa yao kubwa FB ni kutafuta suluhisho la matatizo.

4. MARK: It's been amazing to see how all of you have used our tools to build a real community. You've shared the happy moments and the painful ones. You've started new families, and kept spread out families connected. You've created new services and built small businesses. You've helped each other in so many ways.
TAFSIRI : Ni jambo la kufurahisha kuona jinsi nyote mlivyotumia vyombo vyetu kujenga jumuiya zenu. Mme “share” nyakati za furaha na nyakati za huzuni. Mmeanzisha familia mpya, na kuendelea kupanua familia mlizokwisha unganisha. Mmetengeneza huduma mpya na kujenga biashara ndogo ndogo. Mmesaidiana kwa njia mbalimbali.
TAFAKARI: Daima utakumbana na changamoto na watu watakaokupinga katika jambo zuri unalotaka kufanya. Isitoshe ni kweli utakuwa na mapungufu katika shughuli zako lakini usiweke kichwani mapungufu kiasi cha kukukatisha tamaa. Daima kumbuka mazuri unayotengeneza na fanya bidii kupunguza hayo mapungufu. (Kumbuka FB imekuwa ikilalamikiwa na wengi kuwa haifai na wapo wanaozungumza kana kwamba FB ni huduma ya kupotosha watu).

5. MARK:  I feel a deep responsibility to make the most of my time here and serve you the best I can.
TAFSIRI : Najisikia toka moyoni kuwa nina jukumu la kutumia muda wangu mwingi hapa kuwahudumia kwa ubora niwezavyo.
TAFAKARI:  Ni muhimu kujisikia unawajibika kwa wateja wako,  na kwamba kutatua matatizo yao ni jambo bora zaidi na unatakiwa kulifanya kwa nguvu na maarifa ya juu kwa kadri uwezavyo.

6. MARK: Today, social networks are mostly about sharing moments. In the next decade, they'll also help you answer questions and solve complex problems.
Today, we have only a few ways to share our experiences. In the next decade, technology will enable us to create many more ways to capture and communicate new kinds of experiences.
TAFSIRI:  Leo mitandao ya kijamii kwa kiwango kikubwa  inahusu ku “share” matukio ya nyakati mbalimbali. Miaka kumi ijayo, mitandao ya kijamii itasaidia pia kujibu maswali na kutatua matatizo magumu.
Leo, tuna njia chache za ku “share” uzoefu wote  (yale tunayokumbana nayo). Miaka kumi ijayo , teknolojia itatuwezesha kujenga njia zaidi za kuweka kumbukumbu na kuelezea njia mpya zaidi za yale tunayokumbana nayo.
TAFAKARI:  Hapa Mark anadokeza mabadiliko makubwa ya FB yatakayokuja ndani ya miaka kumi ijayo. Ni muhimu kama una biashara kujaribu kuiboresha kila wakati hata kama unadhani wewe umekwisha fanikiwa sana.
